Return and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, bring the item back within 7 days of purchase with Receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Returns will not be given out on CHEMICALS, in accordance with the Manitoba Consumer Protection Act.

Returns will not be given without a receipt.

There will not be returns on Debit Cards, instead a cash refund of up to $25.00 cash or a Cheque will be mailed out.

All Orders/Special Orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Items that are opened, used, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Some exceptions may apply.  All returns or exchanges will be at the discretion of the business owner.
